Students of Department of Biology visit King Saud University

As part of its great interest to keep abreast with the latest development of educational process, the Department of Biology at the College of Science in Zulfi, paid a scientific visit to the College of Science at King Saud University.
The visit was based on the directive of the Dean, Dr. Hani Al-Quhayz, and Vice-Dean for Student Affairs, Dr. Sayer Al-Harib, and the supervision of Dr. Fayez Al-Fayez, Head of the Biology Department.
The visit included a tour to the museum of zoology where the steps of preserving samples at the museum were explained. The students were then visited the science exhibition of all sections at the department of biology (e.g. zoology, botany, physics and chemistry).
The next destination was the museum of geology to watch the fossils of amphibians and skeleton of antiquities followed by visiting the anatomy museum of the College of Medicine.
At the end of the visit, Dr. Al-Fayez extended his thanks to the officials at King Saud University for the generous hospitality and hoped the cooperation with MU in scientific and educational areas would remain.
