In cooperation with the Department of Biology, the Student Activity Unit at female campus conducted a virtual course, entitled ‘Balance between work and life’.
The course, presented by Dr. Rehab Mas’ to faculty and students, aims to maintain a balance between life and work and determine priorities both at personal and professional level.
The course also featured several of important topics, such as the explanation of balance between life and work, signs and reasons of imbalance, the importance of having this balance in our life and the most significant skills to maintain this balance, namely ‘Time Management’.
Results of some research published by Harvard University on the impact of having balance between life and work on employees were also highlighted in the course.
