Corporate Governance and Its Role in Protecting the Rights of Partners and Creditors in Saudi Law

At the request of the Dean of the College of Sharia and Law, Dr. Omar Al-Omar, and the follow-up of the Head of the Law Department, Dr. Awad Al-Mutairi, the Legal Club held, in cooperation with the Student Activities Unit, an event entitled "Corporate Governance and Its Role in Protecting the Rights of Partners and Creditors in Saudi Law".
Another event was held by the Law Department and the Student Activities Unit also entitled (Corporate Governance and Its Role in Protecting the Rights of Partners in Saudi Systems) on Thursday. The courses, which were held on the University's Governance Week, were presented by Dr. Abdul Salam Al-Masoud and Dr. Ahmed Al-Khawli.
