On Monday, 04/05/1436 AH, The Committee of Administrative Organization and Development held its first meeting headed by the Vice Rector, Prof. Musallam bin Mohammed Al-Dosari in the conference hall. Welcoming the committee members, Prof. Al-Dosari discussed the initiatives and proposals reported to the Committee which aimed to boost the quality of administrative and organizational work at the university such as the proposal of organizational structures for the Department of Medical Equipment Technology, General Administration of Strategic Planning, and Documents and Archives Center as well as the proposal to establish an administration for the maintenance of medical equipment.
The Committee also reviewed the procedural guide of the General Directorate of Facilities and Housing, the employees’ request to be transferred from the College of Computer Science and Information to other units of the university. The approval to establish the Saudi Center for Financial Audit and Performance Control as a training center was also addressed in the meeting as well as the University organizational guide for review.
The Committee members issued a number of recommendations related to these topics.
