Summary of Expertise:
• PhD --- Developed a new method for the determination of susceptibility and resistance of bacterial strain (clinical samples) to antibiotics of study (gentamicin and ciprofloxacin) by studying the relationship of MIC and MC0 (maximum concentration of an antibiotic in a blank disk which does not develop zone of inhibition around the disk in bacterial plate).
• Experience with the identification of bacteria from clinical samples (staining and biochemical tests).
• Perform Antibiogram – broth and agar dilution methods, disk diffusion methodand E- test.
• Performed Haematology, Serological tests and procedures of mycology andparasitology.
