the Faculty of Science and Humanities, Ghat organized on Monday 03/16/1434 a welcoming ceremony for fresh students under the auspices of the Dean, Dr. Khalid bin Abdullah Al Shafi and the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs Dr. Omar bin Mohammed Al Omer and Vice Dean of Academic and Development Dr. Walid bin Mohammed Al Basher and Dr. Ahmed bin Faiz Zoubi. The gathering was opened by His Excellency Vice Dean for Academic Affairs who welcome students and explained the academic system of the university. and Vice Dean for Research and Development on the importance of attendance and students should attend all lectures since the beginning of the semester and contact their academic advisor that was specified for each student in case of any Problem, later Dr. Ahmed Zoubi talked about the importance of the academic regulations provided by the university, which begin with the student from the moment of acceptance at the university and continue up to his graduation then he answered all students' questions .Finally the students were given publications pamphlet of the university academic system and related regulations At the end of the ceremony everyone enjoy open buffet prepared for the occasion.
It should be noted that the same a reception was held simultaneously for the female section Dr. Mona Jaber, the female supervisor welcomed and encouraged the fresh female students to continue their efforts in gaining sciences and knowledge to build a home and serve the community then . Jameelah Mufleh Al-Harbi addressed the members of the Committee and female students on the reception . She explain to the students the importance of academic rules and regulation. Before the open buffet, pamphlet of academic system was given to the students.
