On Sunday 16/6/1439, the University received a delegation from the University of Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz.
The purpose of the visit is to exchange experience in terms of housing staff members.
During his visit to the Administration of Housing and Facilities, the Vice-Rector of the University, Prof. Musallam Al-Dosari, toured the gymnasium and the Housing Emergency Unit, accompanied by the Director General of Facilities and Housing Mr. Badah Al-Badah.
Headed by the Director of the Administration of Housing and Facilities, the fourth meeting was held on Wednesday 19/6/1439 at the meeting hall with the directors of departments.

The Administration of Facilities and Housing honored a number of its staff members.
The Director of the Administration expressed his appreciation to the staff for their efforts during the past period, wishing them success in the future.
The Director-General of the Public Department of Facilities and Housing, Mr. Bedah Al-Bedah issued a decision appointing Mr. Ahmed Al-Salloum as a Director of Facilities as of 3/6/1439.
On this occasion, Mr. Ahmad thanked the Director General of the Department for his confidence.
Housing and Facilities Unit took initiative to support people with special needs by marking their parking lot with different colors and placing a sign that reads “people of determination”.
Surveillance cameras were installed in housing of faculty members to maintain safety and security of residents.
The third meeting of General Department of Facilities and Housing was held on Monday at meeting hall in Zulfi. The meeting was chaired by the Assistant of General Department of Facilities and Housing and addressed a number of topics related to organizing the work at departments.
The Vice-Rector appointed Mr. Waleed Bin Mohammed Al Zuneidi as Assistant Director of the General Department of Facilities and Housing in addition to his previous position. Mr. Waleed thanked the Vice-Rector for his trust.
“The Department has completed the electronic issuance procedures thanks to God and to the cooperation of relevant departments and deanships in this regard,” Assistant Director for Facilities and Housing, Mr. Al-Waleed bin Mohammed Al-Zunaidi, said.
The General Manager of Housing and Facilities along with the Directors of both Housing and Supportive Services paid a visit to The General Department of Operation and Maintenance where they were received by the General Manager of Operation and Maintenance Mr. Othman Al-Issa.
As part of the plans made by the Department of Facilities and Housing for new year, the plan for running housing programs was launched, taking into consideration different age groups (children, women, and men) and that all activities taking place are varied.
As part of the department cooperation with the deanships and other departments, the General Director of Facilities and Housing accompanied with Mr. Alwaleed Al-Znaidi, Director of Housing Department visited the IT Deanship.
