- Supervising the housing in Majmaah and Zulfi.

- Identifying the needs of housing units and providing them.

- Supervising the operation of housing units in accordance with the set rules.

- Handing and receiving housing units to faculty members in accordance with the set rules and procedures.

- Following up on rental contracts for residential units according to the instructions regulating this.
