This unit plays a vital role in supporting the educational, research and administrative process, and creating an integrated educational environment that contributes to developing the academic and personal experience of students.

The unit strives to coordinate with the college's vice-dean's office for educational affairs and development and the college's vice-dean's office for postgraduate studies and scientific research to provide excellent services to meet the needs of students and in line with the highest academic and administrative standards. It also designs awareness and interactive programs that enhance students' skills, and qualify them to interact positively with the university community and the labor market in line with the Kingdom's Vision 2030.

The unit's tasks include supervising the implementation of safety and evacuation plans, managing tests, and providing an appropriate educational and health environment for talented and creative students through training programs and strategic partnerships. The unit also seeks to study the labor market to determine the required skills and hold introductory events that help qualify students for joining the labor market after graduation.

The Shared Services Unit is not just a regulatory body; it is a true partner to instill national and religious values in students.
