The Admissions Department plays an important and fundamental role in the Deanship of Admissions and Registration and undertakes the following tasks:
- Early preparation for admission processes
- Coordinate with the university’s colleges about admission in terms of numbers and conditions required for each college in accordance with university policies.
-Follow up on the progress of electronic admission and entering student data into the academic system.
-Receive the documents of students who were accepted from the Express Mail.
- Match and verify the data of students who were accepted and store them after being recorded in the academic system.
- Solve the problems facing students who were accepted.
- Manage the procedures of admission processes for non-Saudi scholarship students.
-Receive transfer requests from outside the university and complete them in accordance with the regulations.
-Receive transfer requests from one college to another in accordance with the regulations.
-Receive transfer requests from one department to another in accordance with the regulations.
- Accept candidates sent from the Ministry of Education to complete their studies at the university.
- Accept visiting students from other universities to study at Majmaah University.
-Complete the procedures for students who will study for a semester at other universities.
- Receive course equivalency requests for transfer students and visitors, in accordance with the regulations.
-Receive requests for admission withdrawal applications.
- Welcome visitors and answer all inquiries through the reception counter, email, phone, and social media (Twitter - Facebook).
- Propose plans to improve the admission procedures
