General Administration of Strategic Planning holds a workshop for the coordinators of operational plans

The General Administration of Strategic Planning held a workshop for the coordinators of operational plans. The workshop began with a welcome speech from the director of Strategic Planning, Mr. Muhammad Al-Mashqour, followed by a talk by the Chairman of the Operational Plan Follow-up Committee, Dr. Faisal Al-Mutairi, who explained the model matrix of objectives and initiatives which is required by each department when preparing the operational plan. 

Dr. Adnan Qutait, and Dr. Al-Metwally Budair, talked about the university’s strategic plan, how to set up and initiative, and the procedures and activities for each initiative.

The model for following up on initiatives and how to measure them was reviewed.
