College of Science conducts a course entitled” an introduction into TCP/IP and Information Security

In cooperation with The Computer Science and Information Department, the College of Science represented by the Community Service Unit at female campus organized a course at the first neighborhood clubhouse entitled” an introduction to TCP/IP protocol and Information Security” This course, presented by T. Shafeqa Alobaidi Awni, aimed at raising the level of awareness with the ways of information security. A set of rules and procedures that should be followed in sending and receiving information through the web were introduced.
The following themes were addressed: an introduction to the internet, the uses of the internet, the concept of protocol, an explanation of TCP/IP protocol, and an illustration of the methods of information security.
