Ninth Scientific Meeting held by Computer Sciences and Information Department

The Department of Computer Sciences and Information at Zulfi College of Sciences held the Ninth Scientific Meetings of the Academic Year 1438/ 1439 H, in the presence of the Dean of the College Dr. Hani Algahiz, Dr. Fayez Alfayez, Head of the Department and the faculty members in the Department of Computer Sciences and Information.
Dr. Fayez gave a presentation entitled: “Surveillance and Safety System Optimization for Saudi Arabian Railway Services”. It focuses on some problems and obstacles that face the train from departure to arrival (destination). Other problems encountered were also highlighted such as sand storm, snow and other objects.
A number of solutions were suggested by Dr. Alfayez that can be applied to solve such problems and the impact of these solutions on the transportation system of trains, passengers, working environment, and employees.
