College of Medicine and Deanship of Student Affairs participates in the Exhibition of the world diabetes day

MU's Saleh Al-Mezal, launched the World Diabetes Day event in his office, marking the beginning of the activities which were inaugurated by the Vice-Rector for Educational Affairs, Prof. Muhammad Al-Aboudi.

The event was held by the Deanship of Student Affairs in cooperation with the College of Medicine and the College of Applied Medical Sciences, and aimed to educate the the university staff and students about the disease. Many cases were diagnosed via random examination, and awareness booths were set up.

The exhibition received more than 200 visitors, most of whom were examined, and 5 new cases were diagnosed with the disease.
