Under the patronage and attendance of the Vice-Rector for Educational Affairs, Prof. Mohammed Al-Aboudi, and in the presence of the Dean of the College of Medicine, Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Harbi, and the Dean of Student Affairs, Dr. Bader Al-Sulami, the Neuroscience Club of the Student Council organized in cooperation with the Deanship of Student Affairs an awareness campaign entitled: For My Nerves.
Many medical associations participated in the campaign including: the Saudi Society for Adult Neurology, the Saudi Society for Neurosurgery, and the Saudi Society for Pediatric Neurology.
A group of students from the college participated in the event, under the supervision of Dr. Fouad Al-Maliki (Consultant and Assistant Professor of Pediatric Neurology, and Supervisor of the Neuroscience Club).
The campaign offered valuable information to raise the public awareness about about neurological diseases, and the importance of early diagnosis and effective treatment.
