The Department of Computer and Information holds a program for students entitled (The Best Quranic Application)

The Student Activities Committee at the Computer and Information Department held an activity for female students entitled (The Best Qur’anic Application), to allow students to share their favorite choices for Holy Qur’an applications.

A number of female students developed the “Hasad” application, which was among the Qur’anic Applications in the Challenge Hackathon. The app tests the user’s religious information knowledge and displays the entire Holy Qur’an along with a set of other features. The app suits all age groups and helps to improve the understanding of the interpretation and meanings of Quranic verses. The app was qualified to advanced stages in nominations, and was selected to be developed by institutions among 20 other teams.
