The Deanship of Student Affairs conducted a training course for students on how to write a CV at the training hall.
The course, presented by Dr. Mohammed Al-Waheed – Vice-Dean for Educational Affairs – is one of many other courses aimed to develop students’ skills to increase their chances of finding jobs in public or private sectors.
Dr. Al-Waheeb provided a brief overview of how a CV should focus on the sector the applicant is applying to.
A hands-on training on interview skills was presented including an explanation of how to deal with HR staff specialized in conducting interviews. Students made a comparison between their CVs before and after the course to identify the differences.
The Dean, Dr. Khalid Al-Ofaysan said that such courses are expected to develop students’ skills and qualify them to join the job market.
