According to the directions of his highness the University Rector that aims to educate the students about the institutional volunteer work, Deanship of Student Affairs along with Saudi Red Crescent Society took part in pilgrims service for this academic year getting 15 students involved with this. This was mentioned by his Excellency the Dean of Student Affairs Dr. Hamad Abdullah Alghemeizi who indicated that as part of preparations for this participation to reflect a great picture of the university, the Deanship held a training course for the volunteer students who will work in emergency medical services. The goals of the course were to make the students fully aware of the importance of volunteering for the sake of serving the guests of Allah the merciful during Hajj period. The students were educated about the primary principles of emergency first aids, trained on medical devices and how to deal with patients and ambulances equipped with advanced medical devices.
