Due to its assumed role to provide the best kind of services to beneficiaries and in line with the university policy that adopts quality in a comprehensive sense, the Dean’s Office for Admission and Registration strives to apply quality based on the accredited standards at the university. As a result, an order was issued by the Dean of Admission and Registration to establish the Department of Quality and Academic Accreditation. The responsibilities of this department are to ensure that quality is implemented in all departments of the Dean’s Office, to enhance the performance in all areas, to set systems that determine how tasks can completed with the best efficiency and quality, to evaluate and measure performance against defined criteria and to be able achieve all works and tasks in the best possible way.
The Quality and Academic Accreditation is also assigned to promote the culture of quality at the Dean’s Office, follow-up job performance and training needs for the employees, meet the requirements of quality and academic accreditation, set the executive plans and follow-up their implementation along with writing relevant reports, identify areas for potential improvement and necessary initiatives to fulfill them and collect data and information about the activities on regular basis which will help in writing periodical reports about performance quality and beneficiaries satisfaction of the Dean’s Office’s services.
