The Student Activity Unit at the College of Science in Zulfi –female campus- conducted a sports day program. Students were introduced to the importance of sports for human body and activities as it strengthens the heart muscles and reduces body fat. It also lowers high blood pressure and reduces high sugar. Moreover, it helps a lot in building strong bones and maintains the flexibility of the joints. Sports also prevents cancer and depression and reduces tension and nervous reactions.
