Two MA students defend their theses at the College of Nursing

Two MA students defended their theses at the College of Nursing. Rafah Al-Azmi's MA title was "Certified Leadership of Nursing Managers in the Engagement of Registered Nurses to Work in the Hospitals of the Saudi Ministry of Health" and the panel included: the supervisor: Dr. Brian Issa - Assistant Professor - and the members Dr. Bader Al-Rashidi - Associate Professor - and Dr. Wedad Al-Anzi - Assistant Professor.  

 Majed Al-Otaibi's MA title was “The Impact of Leadership Practices on Nurses’ Job Satisfaction in Al-Qassim Health Complex", and the panel included: the supervisor, Dr. Muhammad Basah - Assistant Professor - and the members Dr. Bader Al-Rashidi - Associate Professor - and Dr. Wedad Al-Anzi - Assistant Professor 

The two viva panels commended the researchers’ efforts and the importance of the two topics in improving the nursing work environment and enhancing the quality of healthcare.
