The dean of Admissions and Registration at MU, Dr. Nasser Al-Othman, participated in the third scientific forum for scholarship students at King Khalid University under the title “The Role of Saudi Universities in Qualifying Scholarship Students to Contribute to the Sustainable Development of Their Countries: Visions and Experiences,”.
The first session of the forum titled “Initiatives of scholarship students to achieve sustainable development in their countries.” was moderated by the Dean of the College of Medicine at King Khalid University, Prof. Ali Al-Qahtani. The businessman Mr. Ahsan Jameel spoke about the General Hospital in Benares City, India and its impact on sustainable development by serving patients.
Dr. Fouad Ahmed Iman spoke about the social center in Asno, Norway, and its impact on sustainable development. Dr. Muniku Abdullah Muniku discussed the issue of mobile medical convoys and their impact on sustainable development in Tanzania.
The second session, which was moderated by the Dean of the College of Sharia at King Khalid University, Prof. Muhammad Al-Qarni, addressed the topic of the African College of Arab and Islamic Studies in Dakar, Senegal, and its impact on sustainable development which was presented by the Dean of the African College of Arab and Islamic Studies, Dr. Muhammad Ahmed. The Founder of Alwadi College, Dr. Dedek Haryanto, addressed the topic of the impact of the College on sustainable development in Indonesia. The second session was wrapped up by the topic of Al-Furqan Educational Center in Manchester, United Kingdom, and its impact on sustainable development which was presented by the Director of the Al-Furqan Center in Manchester, Mr. Muhammad Ali Muhammad.
The third session was moderated by the Dean of the College of Arts and Human Sciences at King Khalid University, Dr. Khaled Abu Hekma, and addressed the topic of Tirana Media Radio and its impact on sustainable development in Albania which was presented by Dr. Durem Ali. The next topic was presented by Mr. Suleiman Nawanda, founder of the Jazeera Institute for Orphans, spoke about Al Jazeera Institute for Orphans and its impact on development. sustainable development in Tanzania.
