The Department of Facilities and Housing held its first meeting on Monday with the Head of the Department and coordinators. The meeting addressed the following topics:1 – Urging coordinators to continue to improve the level of performance at the Department in accordance with the strategic plans of the University.2. Reviewing the monthly and annual report of the Department and determining the strengths and weaknesses each year.3 - Emphasizing the importance of cooperation and communication with other departments at the University. 4 - Activating the portal with forms, regulations, manuals, instructions, conditions, contracts, brochures, guidelines and news of activities and updates. 5 –Applying the electronic fingerprint system for clocking in and out, stressing the importance of commitment to working hours and development of the Department. 6. Agreement on regular meetings taking place every month in different sections of the Department.
