The Vice Deanship for Student Affairs in College of Applied Medical Sciences had arranged an open meeting for the students with the Dean, Dr. Fahad bin Khalid Dhafiri and the Vice-Dean for Student Affairs, Dr.Mohammed Alaidaros. The Dean welcomed the students at the beginning of the 1st semester in the academic year 1437 -1438 AH and congratulated them for their achievements in the last year.
In his speech, the Dean urged the students to work hard from the first day and to manage their time well in order to attend classes effectively and participate in the extra-curriculum activities, which develop talents and give a scope of creativity. He also promised them to harness the potentials of the College for their favor and wished all the best for their future.
During the meeting, Dr.Mohammed Alaidaros demonstrated the academic plan and the available majors and affirmed the importance of making progress and recognizing the academic demands of each course for easier registration in each semester. On that regard, the deanship has assigned an academic advisor for each student to provide assistance in making the academic decisions. At the end, the Dean and the Vice-Dean opened up the floor to any questions and answered most of the students questions.
