The College of Applied Medical Sciences has been showing great concern with the quality of the educational process and the continuous improvement of all programs as proved by the enforcement of quality standards. Upon the directives of the Supervisor of the College, Dr. Fahd bin Khalid Al-Zafiri to urgently fulfill the requirements of the German Academic Accreditation Commission and benefit from the technical support provided by the Vice Dean for Development and Quality Assurance, Dr. Majed bin Sulaiman Al-Omari, and to make the necessary arrangements for the visit of the team of expert reviewers of the German Commission at the end of November 2015, the Head of the Department of Medical Laboratory Sciences Dr. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Idaroos chaired a team which throughout a whole week of continuous work completed the examination and review of the course files. The team verified first the presence of all academic contents as agreed and in line with the self-study report of the program, and second the quality of the content in the form of consistent course and program learning outcomes. Upon the completion of reviewing procedures, the head of the department Dr. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Idaroos thanked both the supervisor of the college, Dr. Fahd bin Khalid Al-Zafiri for his continuous support and Dr. Majid Bin Sulaiman Al-Omari for his commitment to comply with the standards of quality in the educational process of the different programs at the college.
