Meeting with Preparatory Year Female Students

Dr. Sara Mohammad Al-laboun, the Assistant of Vice-Dean for Academic Affairs of Applied Medical Sciences College, opened up the introductory meeting with female students of preparatory year on Wednesday 9\2\1438 AH. The meeting was organized by the Unit of Students Activities in cooperation with the Public Relations Department in the presence of departments coordinators and many preparatory year students.

The Assistant Vice-Dean started the meeting with a welcoming speech in which she provided a quick overview of the establishment of the College, departments and general requirements of enrollment; such as achieving 3 GPA out of 5 and scoring 3.5 in IELTS test. She also motivated the students and offered general instructions on diligence and commitment to the academic plan. Finally, she emphasized that the College doors are opened to all students for any inquires or help in enrollment and wished them all success. The Coordinator of Academic Departments provided an introduction of the College system, and each department's requirements of enrollment, academic plan, accredited hours, job opportunities and facilities and laboratories . At the end, the students had a chance to ask any question and got answers from the Assistant Vice-Dean and the Coordinator of Academic Departments.

In line with the meeting, many current students participated in booths for each department where students welcomed the guests, shared their learning experiences, and offered overviews of departments and samples of the used devices in College; either for diagnosis or treatment.
