The Scientific Research Committee at the Department of Computer Sciences and Information held a seminar entitled: Building Predictive Model of Covid 19 Quarantine Impact on the Purchase of “Environmentally Green Products by Using J48 and LMT Algorithms". The seminar was presented by Dr. Mutasim Al-Khair.
Dr. Al-Khair reviewed the impact of quarantine on the purchase of environmentally friendly (green) products and their impact on the environment, using the J48 and ML algorithms to build a predictive model to estimate the impact of quarantine for the Covid 19 virus on the purchase of those environmentally friendly food products located in Zulfi region, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The J48 algorithm has a high rating in prediction compared to the LMT algorithm.
