Department of Chemistry holds a seminar on new method for identifying antibiotics

The Department of Chemistry held the fifth seminar via blackboard system on a new method for determining antibiotics (cephalosporins) in pharmaceutical drugs. The seminar was presented by Dr. Shazlia Mahmoud Ali and addressed ways of identifying three types of antibiotics using an ultraviolet and visible spectrophotometer.
