The continuity of science, education and care, and the provision of sound infrastructure to guarantee its continuity for decades and generations, in the belief that human construction must coincide with the building of the country and the scientific renaissance. Since the Council of Ministers approved the "National Comprehensive Policy of Science and Technology Long-term Kingdom" in 1423, which outlined the future direction of science, technology and innovation in the Kingdom, specific role of King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology, universities, ministries and society.

towards national priorities and needs, in the belief of the role of the University of Majmaa as a nucleus of Saudi higher education in supporting the national march of science and technology.
